As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running for your own store
You'll be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules and developing operational action plans while mentoring and developing the team
When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you'll take on key store management responsibilities including assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Store Manager Trainee Estimated Hours: 50 hours per week
Assistant Store Manager Estimated Hours: 38 hours per weekTravel Requirements:
- Store Manager Trainees will often train at multiple locations and must have flexibility to travel within approximately 50 miles of their home address
- Assistant Store Managers must have flexibility to travel between and be assigned to an ALDI work location within approximately 30 miles from their current work location
