As a Customer Support Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving telecom-related customer queries with precision and empathy.
- Using provided tools and resources to deliver efficient, call-based support.
- Translating and communicating information in Hindi or Bengali, as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School (HS) qualification.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Ability to interpret and translate English content to Hindi or Bengali.
Work Schedule:
- Shifts between 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
- 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour break.
- No planned leaves allowed during the first three months.
