Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input and maintain data relevant to workforce planning and optimization
- In this role, you will work closely with various departments to gather, validate, and enter data related to employee schedules, attendance, and performance metrics
- You will ensure that all data entries are accurate and up-to-date, contributing to better decision-making processes within the organization
- You will also be tasked with generating and maintaining reports that help the team identify trends and areas for improvement
- In addition to your data entry responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other team members on projects aimed at enhancing our workforce efficiency
- This may include analyzing data to provide insights on staffing needs, identifying gaps in coverage, and contributing to the overall strategic planning of workforce management
