Benefits

Responsibilities

  • They demonstrate skill at driving business growth and influencing strategic change
  • The ideal candidate will be able to manage interesting and complex clients independently as well as lead day to day client engagement around e-commerce media performance and strategy
  • You will also drive adoption and support for our data driven products
  • Drive Strategy/Campaign Creation: Developing ad strategy proposals and delivering them to clients; Directing and occasionally assisting support specialists with campaign activation
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the optimization of campaigns utilizing WBX’s proprietary software to ensure campaigns are meeting client’s KPI’s
  • Strategic Reporting: You will drive the client calls and monitor campaign activity against approved budgets, providing clients with daily, weekly & monthly advertising performance reports
  • Consulting: The Media Manager will act as a partner for our clients and consult with them around investment levels, product assortment and media backing while highlighting opportunities for the client and helping to rectify any potential issues that may arise
  • You will be responsible for pay-per-click advertising as well as programmatic advertising on Amazon’s DSP
  • Own advertising performance for an assigned set of clients
  • Lead client engagements and drive strategy discussions
  • Understand client business goals, set and execute an Amazon strategy that aligns with their priorities
  • Help clients plan and develop a budget and then deliver campaigns according to KPIs agreed to with the client
  • Oversee and collaborate with support specialists/analysts that own competitive research, campaign activation, optimization, data analytics and reporting
  • Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights
  • Frequent and professional client interaction via email, phone, and in-person (sometimes)
  • Provide strategic recommendations around pricing and promotions to effectively meet sales goals
  • Stay up to date on best practices for selling on Amazon and assist in training other team members
