Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with personalized assistance and support
- Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer interaction is positive and meets their needs
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding American Express products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
