Qualifications

Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will thrive in a constantly evolving business environment, work well with cross-functional teams to help deliver a world-class shopping experience, and obsess about our customers as much as we do
- Travel will be approximately 50% of the time domestically
- Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology
- Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams
- Visit customer sites and deploy new technology
- Collect customer feedback and quantify impacts of new technology
- Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership
