In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for emergency callers, providing life-saving assistance, dispatching emergency services, and guiding callers through critical situations—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer Emergency Calls: Respond to 911 calls with professionalism and urgency.
  • Dispatch Emergency Services: Coordinate and communicate with police, fire, and medical services based on the nature of the call.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer clear and calm instructions to callers in emergency situations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Log call details accurately into our system for record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Operate Advanced Technology: Use computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and related software efficiently.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication and active listening.
    • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
    • High level of attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using computers and modern communication tools.
  • Work Environment: Quiet home setup with a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications
