Description

EcoSure Insurance Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible to support our team and serve our customers effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
    • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Assist in managing and organizing digital records and files.
    • Generate reports and retrieve information as needed by the team.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and support operational needs.
    • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Adhere to data confidentiality and security standards at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
