Amazon Customer Care Center- Work From Home

The salary for this full-time, direct hire employment is $19.00 per hour. Our call center is open every day from 7 am to 9 pm. The ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
  • Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved.
  • Take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries.
  • Help consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.

Requirements:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school graduation or its equivalent; Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
  • Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders. Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings; a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy; experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service; and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in one of the following languages English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian. (Any of these)
