Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon products, services, and accounts.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with Amazon products, services, and platforms (preferred but not required).
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
