Description

As an Associate GDCM Sales & RM Projects, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management team reporting to the Senior Manager, GDCM Sales & RM Projects, you will support projects including Hilton Reporting Hub and Delphi.fdc.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:
• Deliver training and support to hotels and user groups on the use of the report and dashboard solutions.
• Organize and communicate implementation dates with hotels and above property users.
• Generate property specific and/or user-group implementation plans and documents in accordance with defined processes.

How you will collaborate with others:
• Work with project teams and vendors regularly on schedule, resources, and progress.
• Attend weekly project calls and vendor meetings about projects and/or implementations.
• Work with system support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

What projects you will take ownership of:
• Conduct Kickoff calls and Office Hours for Hilton Reporting Hub.
• Manage document creation and updates as it pertains to Hilton Reporting Hub releases or other Sales and RM projects as assigned.
