Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain chatbot solutions using Microsoft Azure Bot Services.
- Integrate Azure Cognitive Services (e.g., Language Understanding (LUIS), QnA Maker) to improve chatbot functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement chatbot applications that align with business objectives.
- Optimize chatbot performance to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and user-friendly experiences.
- Monitor chatbot interactions and gather insights to drive continuous improvement in bot capabilities.
- Create and maintain documentation on chatbot development processes and best practices.
- Ensure the chatbot’s scalability and maintainability, following Azure’s best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in chatbot development and deployment, specifically within Azure environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Bot Services and familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services, including LUIS and QnA Maker.
- Experience with chatbot frameworks, such as Bot Framework SDK or other relevant frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services with chatbots.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Previous experience with cloud-based technologies and AI/ML solutions is a plus.
