Role Overview:
As a Consumer Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping individuals take control of their financial journeys. Reporting to the Consumer Operations Manager as part of our Go-To-Market team, you’ll be the frontline advocate for our consumers, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to put their best financial foot forward.

This is a temporary position ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact while honing their skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to consumers via email, chat, and phone to resolve inquiries effectively and empathetically.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce Service Console to manage and track consumer interactions and resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Advocate for consumers by identifying patterns or issues in their experience and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless consumer experience aligned with Nova Credit’s mission and values.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as online customer support, call center, or a similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools like Salesforce Service Console or equivalent ticketing software.
  • Strong consumer empathy and a genuine passion for helping people overcome financial challenges.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
