Location: Remote (USA)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour (Depending on experience)

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s customers. You will be responsible for assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and providing timely resolutions. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
