Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative - Sales to join our team in a hybrid role. In this position, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Process orders, handle account updates, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Stay informed about AT&T’s products, services, and promotions to confidently assist customers.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
