What You’ll Do in This Role
📞 Customer Engagement & Support
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and confidence.
- Explain AT&T products, services, and billing plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with collections, activations, retention, technical support, and inquiries.
🛠 Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting
- Help customers with voice, data, roaming, and network-related issues.
- Support customers with air cards, USB devices, and AT&T software applications.
📊 Sales & Retention
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by introducing AT&T’s latest offers and services.
- Maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
🔄 Data Management & Coordination
- Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer records.
- Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.

✔ Experience: Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus!

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
