Description

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. This is a work-from-home position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions and issues using our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, including administrative duties or data entry.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with working independently and managing your time effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access.
  • Must be located in the United States.

Qualifications
