Description
The CYP Fee Assistance Operations Clerk is a crucial part of the Child and Youth Programs (CYP) within the Department of the Navy, providing administrative support and ensuring that families receive the necessary financial assistance for childcare services. This remote, work-from-home role offers the flexibility to contribute to an essential program from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Verification: Accurately enter and maintain records of families receiving fee assistance.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for families, answering inquiries about fee assistance and resolving issues promptly.
- Documentation Management: Collect, review, and process required documents from families and childcare providers.
- Report Generation: Prepare and distribute periodic reports on fee assistance activities and statistics.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
