Position Overview
We are looking for a Data Entry / Receptionist to join our team. This role combines administrative and customer service responsibilities, including data entry, order processing, and addressing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints while escalating issues when necessary.

- Manage and support a team of junior customer service representatives as needed.

Qualifications
