Job Summary:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized records within Marriott’s systems. This position involves entering, retrieving, and verifying data in various formats, ensuring information accuracy and efficiency. You will also provide exceptional support by adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and retrieve work-related information using computer systems and point-of-sale systems.
- Verify information on computer screens, documents, and lists for accuracy and completeness.
- Operate standard office equipment, including telephones, photocopiers, and calculators.
- Respond to inquiries from guests and colleagues professionally and accurately.
- Maintain positive working relationships and support team objectives.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting unsafe conditions as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $18.50 to $24 per hour (varies by location).
- Washington Applicants Only: PTO accrual of 0.03334 per hour worked and a minimum of 7 holidays annually.

Work Environment:
