Key Responsibilities
✔ Document Management: Upload documents weekly to electronic files and maintain hard copies.
✔ File Creation & Organization: Create and update personnel files in the system.
✔ Employee Records Maintenance: Track and manage inactive employee status and monitor returning employees from leave.
✔ Training & Support: Assist in providing electronic file administration and training to new employees.
✔ Data Accuracy & Audits: Perform weekly audits to ensure data integrity remains at 100% accuracy.
