As a Travel Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in curating unforgettable journeys for our clients, providing expert advice and personalized service to ensure exceptional travel experiences worldwide.

Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, desires, and budget constraints
• Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel itineraries that cater to the client’s interests, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining options
• Booking Arrangements: Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services using our preferred suppliers and partners
• Destination Expertise: Stay informed about global travel trends, visa requirements, local customs, and events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Problem Solving: Handle unexpected issues or changes in travel plans with efficiency and composure, offering viable solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting additional services, upgrades, and special packages to enhance the client’s journey
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and anticipating their future travel needs

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
