Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary updates.
  • Handle baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and lost luggage claims.
  • Facilitate check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, destinations, and travel policies.
  • Resolve passenger issues with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high productivity.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing software.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus).
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
