Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, schedule changes, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Delta Airlines' policies, services, and travel guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college or relevant work experience (preferred).

  • Must have access to a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a computer/laptop.
  • U.S. work authorization is required.
