Position Overview

The Data Entry Clerk is a vital part of the Energy Services Programs team. This role supports the smooth functioning of the department by ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of digital and physical files. Your contributions will help facilitate efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Maintain updated and accurate client records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
  • Email and Communication Logging: Monitor emails and log relevant documents and communications in the Monday.com platform.
  • Database Systems Usage: Adhere to program guidelines for using required database systems, such as Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and others.
  • File Organization: Ensure digital and paper participant files are well-organized and compliant with agency and funder requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program staff to enhance communication and consistency in service delivery.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
