Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Reservation Agent to join our remote team. You’ll be the friendly voice assisting clients with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and general inquiries. No experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training you need to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide guidance on travel itineraries and ensure all reservations are accurate and timely.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service and meet customer needs.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn (no prior experience required!).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
