We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining our company’s databases and systems by accurately inputting, verifying, and organizing data. Your ability to work efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and manage time effectively will be critical to your success in this position. Responsibilities:
- Enter and update customer and account data from source documents within required timeframes.
- Compile, verify, and sort information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies; correct any discrepancies as needed.
- Conduct research to obtain missing or incomplete information.
- Maintain organized records of valuable company information.
- Scan documents and print files when necessary.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data and retrieve relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
- Address and resolve any issues with office equipment as needed (e.g., printers, scanners).

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
