Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a Part-Time position to support data entry and customer service tasks for Facebook-related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating and managing customer data, spreadsheets, and other documents.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entries.
  • Assist in general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Facebook business tools or social media platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in data entry or customer service roles is preferred.
