As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing data entries, updating spreadsheets, and handling online platforms, particularly Facebook, to ensure accurate and timely records.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data accurately in online systems and spreadsheets
- Process and maintain data for ongoing projects and campaigns
- Assist with organizing and managing social media content on Facebook
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company data security protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and other social media platforms
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
