Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing data entries, updating spreadsheets, and handling online platforms, particularly Facebook, to ensure accurate and timely records.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data accurately in online systems and spreadsheets
  • Process and maintain data for ongoing projects and campaigns
  • Assist with organizing and managing social media content on Facebook
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company data security protocols
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred but not required
