Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to FedEx services.
  • Assist customers with tracking packages, scheduling pickups, and handling delivery issues.
  • Provide support for billing and account-related queries.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred).
  • Previous customer service experience (call center or remote support is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, internet navigation, etc.).
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
