Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding service to our customers by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Frontier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns, including billing issues, technical support, and service questions.
  • Provide information about Frontier products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and call resolution times.
  • Stay updated on Frontier’s products, services, and promotions.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is a plus.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
