Job Description:
As a Full-Time Center Associate at UPS, you will be an integral part of our operations team. This position involves a variety of tasks such as package sorting, scanning, and loading/unloading, as well as assisting customers with their shipping needs. Your role will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our centers and ensure high-quality service for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize packages efficiently in the center.
  • Scan packages using handheld devices to track and monitor shipments.
  • Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
  • Assist customers with package drop-off, pick-up, and shipping inquiries.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
