Job Description:
As a Full-Time Center Associate at UPS, you will be an integral part of our operations team. This position involves a variety of tasks such as package sorting, scanning, and loading/unloading, as well as assisting customers with their shipping needs. Your role will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our centers and ensure high-quality service for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize packages efficiently in the center.
- Scan packages using handheld devices to track and monitor shipments.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
- Assist customers with package drop-off, pick-up, and shipping inquiries.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
