⏰ Shift Options:
- Monday - Friday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM CST OR 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
- Every 4th Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
🎓 Training: 6 weeks | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST (No absences allowed during training)

Job Summary
As a Remote Health Coach, you will play a vital role in improving the well-being of program participants by guiding them towards healthier lifestyles. You’ll provide telephonic coaching and support, working alongside a multi-disciplinary care team to encourage positive behavioral changes and reduce health risks.
🩺 You will help members with:
✅ Lifestyle coaching (nutrition, stress management, sleep, smoking cessation, weight loss, etc.)
✅ Behavioral change support through motivational interviewing
✅ Engagement calls to enroll participants in the health program
✅ Outbound & inbound coaching calls to track progress and encourage wellness
✅ Following up on participants who need additional support
✅ Coordinating services with nurses, pharmacists, and care teams
What You’ll Need:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Psychology, Nutrition, Exercise Science, etc.) OR
✔ 2+ years of prior health coaching experience (can substitute for a degree)
✔ 1-2 years of experience in health coaching, wellness, or customer service
✔ Strong communication & motivational skills
✔ Tech proficiency: Ability to use Microsoft Office, navigate software, and enter data while on calls
✔ Experience with contact center benchmarks & scheduling adherence (preferred)
✔ Hard-wired internet connection (WiFi is not permitted)
✔ Flexibility to work evenings & rotating Saturdays

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
