What You’ll Do:

  • Assist individuals and families in selecting the right health insurance plans tailored to their needs.
  • Educate clients about policy options, premiums, deductibles, and benefits.
  • Handle inquiries and guide clients through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and products.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensing: A valid health insurance license in at least one state is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in health insurance sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools, CRM systems, and video communication platforms.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and written skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
