Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will assist patients and healthcare providers with their questions, concerns, and issues while ensuring a high level of service is delivered with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives
- Assist with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and addressing billing inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and plan details
- Document patient information and interactions in our system efficiently
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex issues
- Follow privacy laws and company policies regarding patient information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
