Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Call Center Representatives. This is an excellent entry-level remote opportunity to begin your career in healthcare customer service. As a Call Center Representative, you will assist patients and healthcare providers with their questions, concerns, and issues while ensuring a high level of service is delivered with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and addressing billing inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and plan details
  • Document patient information and interactions in our system efficiently
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex issues
  • Follow privacy laws and company policies regarding patient information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
