Description
A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to assist with healthcare insurance verification and enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately update member information and handle policy terminations and reinstatements
• Conduct research on healthcare provider insurance plans and maintain accurate coverage information
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
