HR Prospect is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Help Desk Associate to join our remote team. This role requires working during US business hours, making it ideal for candidates based in the United States.
As a Help Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' technical support needs. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all help desk inquiries.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and issues in our help desk system.
- Provide proactive support and help users optimize their systems and processes.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

- Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
