In this role, you will provide essential IT support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of their systems and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Assist users with system access, password resets, and software installation.
- Maintain documentation and ticketing systems to track and resolve incidents.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
