Job description
Why Clipboard Health Exists:
We exist to lift as many people up the socioeconomic ladder as possible. We dramatically improve lives by letting healthcare professionals turn extra time and ambition into career growth and financial opportunity. We achieve this with our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals, allowing professionals to book on-demand shifts and facilities to access on-demand talent.
About Clipboard Health:
Clipboard Health is a fast-growing Series C marketplace. We are a leader in our Long Term Care vertical and are expanding into several others (Dental Offices, Schools, etc).
We are a YC Top Company with a global, remote team of 600+ people. We have been profitable since 2022, and fill millions of shifts annually at partner workplaces across the US, where tens of thousands of professionals work with us every year.
We are looking for your help to keep growing so we can serve more professionals and workplaces.

About the Role:
Clipboard is looking for highly motivated, outcome-driven individuals to support the operations of our Growth team. This team is currently in charge of launching and scaling the new verticals mentioned above.
To grow those verticals, we are looking for folks to support our periodic and one-off outreaches to potential customers all across the US. We use email, calls, text, and more to target these customers, and we need smart people to help us run those outreaches efficiently and at scale.
During your first few weeks, a regular day would consist of:
• Support new vertical operators with their lead-generation efforts and the experiments they run around them.
• Following SOPs to process those leads and get them ready to be targeted
• Review email copy to make sure it is catchy, and effective, and our emails will not land in the spam folder
• Schedule and launch campaigns for vertical operators using marketing tools (that you can always learn on your 1st few days on the job)
• Manage the campaigns you launched, defect-hunting performance issues, and implement solutions based on marketing principles you’ll learn on the job.
