Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings, providing excellent service and accurate information.
  • Assist clients with insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and health, by explaining coverage options and recommending suitable products.
  • Process policy changes, claims, and renewals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive client outreach and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and communication.
  • Stay up to date with State Farm products, policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using virtual tools and software for communication and record-keeping.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
