Description

Join the Netflix team as a Chat Support Representative and help provide excellent customer service to our global audience from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, especially in live chat or support, is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, clear, and concise tone.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Netflix products and services is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
