Position Details:
- Location: Hybrid - Lewiston, ME (2-3 days in-office, with the potential for full remote work based on performance)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension and conversion to full-time)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks related to loan servicing and document management.
- Use judgment and discretion in executing routine loan operations.
- Review and verify the accuracy of loan documentation and related processes.
- Investigate discrepancies and report findings, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
- Record entries in the general ledger and maintain accuracy in financial documentation.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental budgets and reporting.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues from customers and internal teams.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure discrepancies and customer concerns are effectively addressed.
