We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Associate to join our remote team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service, thrive in remote work environments, and have availability on weekend evenings.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management.
  • Provide accurate information about Nuuly’s products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly’s values and brand voice.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
