Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant / Data Entry Administrator to join our team remotely. This role plays a key part in maintaining our data systems, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and systems.
  • Organize and manage digital files while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and process required information.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and other documentation as needed.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating virtual events, meetings, and webinars.
