Position Overview:
AGCO Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries through live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide clear and concise information about AGCO’s products, services, and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining empathy.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Log and document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to stay updated on product changes and company policies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
