Job Overview:
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you’ll be an essential part of Amazon’s mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional support to customers. You’ll communicate primarily through phone and email to resolve customer inquiries, expedite orders, and address post-sales concerns in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
