Renwood Farms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Data Entry Specialist to manage data entry across our administrative systems. This is a remote, flexible position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to spreading their work hours throughout the week while adhering to our work schedule of 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter company data into proprietary databases, Excel spreadsheets, MailChimp, and CRM platforms.
• Perform routine maintenance and data checks, identifying and correcting errors in client, referral source, and tutor data.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.
• Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing data across multiple systems.
