Description
As a Data Entry Support Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various data systems. This position requires a high attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our records and databases are up to date and error-free.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Perform data cleaning and maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Support team members with administrative and data-related tasks.
- Respond to requests for information and provide data updates when needed.
- Meet deadlines and ensure high accuracy of work.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
