Job Duties/Responsibilities

Review incoming patient data, including vital signs, symptoms, and other relevant health indicators.

Promptly identify and escalate any critical or out-of-range readings according to established protocols.

Monitor patients’ vital signs and health data remotely using specialized monitoring equipment and software.

Address patient concerns and questions promptly, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary.

Manage a significant volume of patient calls within established timelines.

Work towards achieving personal and team performance metrics.

Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Maintain a culture of positivity.

Perform other cross-training Medical Assistant duties as assigned.

Requirements

Active Medical Assistant (MA) license.

A passion for patient care with the ability to relate with empathy and compassion, and a strong enthusiasm for patient teaching.

A quiet, HIPAA-safe space to do your work.

Your own reliable, fast internet connection (a speed test will be required during the interview).

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
