Position Overview
As a Key Account Executive – Facility Supplies (Janitorial/Sanitation), you will support the regional territory of Louisiana and Mississippi. You will bring expertise in facility supplies to help account managers close deals, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact role focused on leveraging your sales acumen and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales strategies for facility supplies in your territory.
- Respond to high-priority account requests from the Regional Sales Director, ensuring timely follow-ups and visits.
- Visit customers to assist account managers in closing deals by showcasing expertise in Staples’ offerings.
- Participate in account business reviews to introduce facility supplies and drive revenue growth.
- Provide insights to the corporate facility supplies program regarding product selection, training, and issue resolution.
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets for janitorial, sanitation, break room, and safety products.
- Conduct joint sales calls with sales representatives to support deal closures.
